To the Members of the Humane Society of Knox County.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors  of the Humane Society of Knox County  (the Organization)  will be holding a special  meeting of its Members  to discuss changes in the Organization’s bylaws.  The meeting will be held  on Friday, January 18, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.  at Watts Hall, Main St. in Thomaston.
