MADDIE
MEET YOUR MATCH: GREEN FREE SPIRIT Maddie is a very sweet, two year old spayed, girl. She has been at
the shelter far too long, a year in October. She is great around people,
a very loving dog. She is good with some, not all dogs, but cannot
be trusted around cats and other small mammals. We think that Maddie
may be a breed of dog, at least in part, called the Carolina Dog,
or "dixie dingo". She enjoys basking in the sun on top of the dog
house, going for long walks or sitting with Richard, our volunteer
dog walker on the tailgate of his truck and watching the comings and
going of the shelter. She likes to run and play and would benefit
from plenty of room to get her daily exercise. Maddie wants a constant
companion and needs a firm but patient hand to teach her boundaries.She'd
like nothing better than to run, run, run.
